In early July I wrote a blog post about Macedonian intern student Dushko Staneoski. Dushko joined us over the summer 2013 to design, implement and evaluate a WordPress site for Connect, the network for women studying computing, engineering and the built environment at Edinburgh Napier University.

Dushko’s time will us is now almost over. This afternoon we held a small event with colleagues from the School of Computing and the School of Engineering and the Built Environment so that we could give a background to Dushko’s project and demonstrate the work completed so far on the new site.

We were pleased with the positive feedback from our colleagues, and hope that the students are as enthusiastic about the new Connect site when it is revealed to them at the start of the new academic year.
