#EBLIP10 submission deadline date extended to 10th December 2018

There is still time to make a submission to the 10th International Evidence Based Library and Information Practice Conference – EBLIP10. This event takes place next year between 17th and 19th June 2019 (with pre-conference workshops on 15th and 16th June) in Glasgow, Scotland, UK. The revised deadline for 350 word paper and poster proposals is now Monday 10th December 2018.

Submissions for papers and posters that fit with the broad theme of ‘Using evidence in times of uncertainty’ are invited via EasyChair.

Following double blind peer review by the members of the International Programme Committee, accepted papers will be delivered at the conference as 20 minute oral presentations, and poster participants will be invited to participate in a ‘Poster madness’ session (one of the highlights of EBLIP9). Call for submissions to #eblip9, Philadelphia, USA, June 2017

EBLIP9 logoThe call for paper and poster proposals for the 9th International Evidence Based Library and Information Practice (EBLIP9) conference is now live.The conference takes between June 18th and 21st 2017 in Philadelphia, USA.

Submissions are invited on the broad conference theme of ’embedding and embracing evidence’. 300 word abstracts are invited for two types of contribution: (1) full papers (to be delivered in a 30 minute slot at the conference); and (2) posters. Those whose work is accepted for a paper presentation will also be encouraged to submit a full paper to the journal Evidence Based Library and Information Practice following the conference. Appointment to International Programme Committee of EBLIP9 #EBLIP9

EBLIP9 logoI have recently accepted an invitation to serve on the international programme committee of the 9th Evidence Based Library and Information Practice Conference. Hosted by Drexel University (located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA), the conference takes place next year from 18th to 21st June 2017.
